Company Overview

Founded in 1993, Hagel & Company assists employer organizations in the areas of governance, strategic planning, executive staffing, and resource development. Our executive search practice specializes in nonprofit and government leadership positions. We have conducted successful searches to fill senior executive positions in a broad range of agencies and organizations throughout Washington State. We are also a value-added reseller for the SAGE-ABRA suite of human resource management information systems.

In addition to their success in business and executive search, our team members have extensive experience as nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors. This provides us with a unique perspective, not available from other Northwest search firms. We know first hand what it takes to be a successful nonprofit executive and we use this knowledge to increase the value we bring to our clients.
