Company Overview

Since 1988, Sister Schools has been fostering educational connections between students in Washington State and their peers in Uganda. Sister Schools mission is to teach compassion, service and social responsibility by partnering students in donor schools with children in need. Sister Schools achieves this through two complimentary goals: First, providing students the life-changing and character-building experience of personal giving; and second, providing supplies, hope and inspiration to children in need.

OUR PROGRAM - Through pictures and stories, the overwhelming poverty of children in underprivileged schools and orphanages is made real. Schools organize a supply drive and children are encouraged to participate in ways that are personally meaningful. Both new and used items are accepted. After the donations are distributed, a return presentation is given and our children see the direct impact of their specific donation.
